New listings totaled 966 (+17.66% YoY), while active inventory rose to 6,061 homes (+2.30%).

The median price came in at $590,000 (-0.84%), while the average price increased 4.02% to $669,690.

Days on market averaged 36 days, up from 27 days last year, reflecting a slower, more balanced pace.

As of April 19, total sales are 1,240, down 12.86% year over year.

New listings total 2,435 (-12.94%), while active listings have risen to 6,061 (+2.30%).

Year-to-date sales total 5,877, down 12.89% from 2025.
