The Calgary Real Estate Board recently release statistics for November 2020.  It looks like Calgary real estate agents in Calgary have had a busy month as the number of transactions.  Detached sales are up significantly year over year with an increase of 22.7% compared to 2019's numbers.  The number of new listings compared to 2019 increased as well by 3.8% year over year with 2461.  However, inventory levels are down 12.4% compared to last October with 5,833 properties on the market.  That brought the months of supply value to 3.31, which reflects a balanced and a steady market for both buyers and sellers.  Detached home prices are at 489,800 and semi-detached at 394,700.  Townhomes and apartment style condos are at 274,400 and 248,600 respectively, both…
