MARKET SUMMARY
Calgary’s housing market continues to soften in the short term, with declining sales, fewer new listings, and noticeable downward pressure on prices in recent weekly trends.
Stable inventory levels and rising days on market are giving buyers more leverage, while sellers face increased competition. Despite short-term softness, year-to-date pricing remains relatively stable, indicating the market is adjusting gradually rather than experiencing a sharp correction.
