The median price came in at $599,950, up 5.00%, while the average price increased 5.01% to $674,797.
Days on market averaged 34 days, up 6.25% from last year, indicating a slightly slower pace.

So far in May, Calgary has recorded 989 total residential sales, down 11.46% compared to the same time last year.
New listings total 2,029, down 10.66% year over year.

Days on market are at 35 days.

Year-to-date sales total 7,726, down 10.89% from 2025.
