Total residential sales reached 531, down 10.46% compared to the same period in 2025.
New listings totaled 941, a decrease of 15.76% year over year, while active inventory sits at 6,568 homes (-0.67%).
The median price came in at $616,000, up 8.07%, while the average price increased 5.11% to $683,426.
Days on market averaged 33 days, up 3.13% from last year, indicating relatively stable absorption.

So far in May, Calgary has recorded 1,099 total residential sales, down 9.25% compared to the same time last year.
New listings total 2,254, down 11.75% year over year.
