CALGARY DAILY HOUSING SUMMARY
Calgary recorded 109 residential sales on May 1, up slightly from 104 on April 30 and 95 on April 29. New listings came in at 245, while active inventory rose to 6,077 homes, up 0.71% year over year.
Inventory levels continue to trend higher, giving buyers more choice and easing competitive pressure compared to last year.

The median price for the week was $577,500, down 3.75% year over year, while the average price declined 3.62% to $635,037.
Days on market averaged 32 days, slightly higher than last year, reflecting more balanced conditions.
