Days on market averaged 33 days, up 3.13%, indicating slightly slower absorption compared to last year.

Through May 2, Calgary has recorded 156 total residential sales, down 25.71% compared with the same time last year.
New listings total 332, down 45.21% year over year, reflecting a slower start to the month.
