Auburn Bay has been around for 15 years now and the first Auburn Bay residents took possession of their homes in 2005. With 1000 residents by 2007, the community grew to 6000 residents by 2011. Today, there are close to 20,000 residents and the master planned community is almost complete. There remains some condo developments still to be build along with a handful of single family detached home lots to be sold.
