Calgary's housing market posted a modest improvement compared with the same point last year. As of June 15, total sales have reached 1,132 transactions, up 1.0% from the 1,121 sales recorded by June 15, 2025.

New listings stand at 2,063 properties, down 7.7% from the 2,234 listings available at the same time last year. Inventory levels have also eased, with 6,938 active listings, a 2.1% decline year over year, suggesting supply remains elevated but is gradually tightening.
